1 killed, 8 injured as brick pile collapses in Chitwan http://bit.ly/2Agkgo5

Dec 12, 2017-A woman died and eight others were injured when a brick pile collapsed at the BK Brick Kiln in Kalika Municipality-6, Chitwan, on Tuesday.

The deceased has been identified as Salina Dangi, 40, of Rolpa.

According to DSP Basudev Khatiwada of the Area Police Office, Tandi, the incident occurred while they were working the brick kiln at around 4 pm today.

Critically injured in the incident, Dangi breathed her last during the course of treatment at the Bharatpur-based Old Medical College, DSP Khatiwada added.

The injured are receiving treatment at the same health facility.
