Ready to hand over power: PM Deuba



Dec 26, 2017-Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has said that he was ready to hand over power after completing all required procedures.
Inaugurating the Chitwan Elephant festival in Sauraha on Tuesday, Deuba said with the successful completion of the federal and provincial parliamentary elections he was looking forward to handing over the power.
 "The NC-led government was successful in fully enforcing the constitution by holding the three-tier of elections,” he said.
Deuba, who is also the President of Nepali Congress (NC), said his party has always led the important historical achievements in the country.
NC is always committed to development, he further said.
The Prime Minister also lauded the elephant festival, which he said had an important contribution to tourism development in the region.
PM Deuba thanked all who was involved in the rescue of the endangered rhinos swept away by the floods last moon. "I'm positive to the demands of the industrialists, but worried about the Narayangadh-Muglin road section which is still not complete," he said, adding that he would, however, direct the concerned agency to complete the road section at the earliest.  RSS
